Unless indicated otherwise in the Acknowledgment, Delivery shall be made EXW (Incoterms 2010), Shipping Point, including without limitation, freight, and insurance costs. If no delivery terms are specified on the Acknowledgement, the method of shipping will be at the sole discretion of Seller. Unless directed in writing otherwise by Buyer, full invoice value will be declared for all shipments.

The Orion mPulse is the smallest and most simple in the Orion line of pulse arc welders. Perfect for quick and simple welds and the modern dental or orthodontic lab, the Orion mPulse provides power up to 30 joules of weld energy. This micro-welder also allows for low power needs — yielding as little as 1 joule of energy. The Orion mPulse power is adjustable in 0.5-joule increments. Front-Facing Ports. The Orion mPulse provides easier access to cable ports by placing the stylus and grounding ports on the front of the welder. You can connect the stylus and the ground quickly without having to rearrange your bench. 


Adaptable Footprint. For tight workbenches, you can match the Orion mPulse’s footprint to the space available by choosing to place the welder horizontally or vertically. The power supply is built into the welder for easier cable management. Its small footprint will find a place in any dental or ortho lab.


Advanced Digital Touchscreen. A digital touchscreen display makes it easy for your lab technician to learn and use the Orion mPulse easier than ever. The advanced touchscreen is highly responsive to finger gestures and produces a bright, beautiful display. The software can be locked to prevent unwanted changes in power settings, and you can choose from 14 different software backgrounds to fit your mood. 


Tru-Fire Technology™ Inside. The Orion mPulse includes Tru-Fire Technology™, which greatly reduces misfires and improves welding consistency. Only the Orion mPulse provides advanced power precision with its Dual Zone Power Range. From one to 15 joules, you can adjust power in half-joule increments; from 16 to 30 you can adjust power in full joule increments, making power selection more precise, faster and easier. 

 

Update the Software. The advanced software on the new Orion mPulse can be updated when new software versions become available. Sunstone also provides a 3-year manufacturer warranty and US-based customer service.

Return Goods Policy

Seller’s products may be returned to Seller for credit within thirty (30) days of the shipment subject to the following conditions.

Sunstone offers a 30-day return policy on all products. Before sending a product back please contact Sunstone to receive an RMA number. The RMA number should appear clearly on the outside of the package. Customers are refunded via check. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all 3rd party products (laser welders, laser engravers, PW - AC Welders, and AVIO products). Additionally, all 3rd party products must be insured when sent back to Sunstone at the buyer’s expense. In some cases, a merchant fee may apply. Equipment damaged by improper use or insufficient shipping precautions will be charged additional fees.

*DADO Laser Welder – No cash refunds available for the dado laser welder. However, The Dado Laser Welder may be returned within 30 days for credit towards another Orion or Sunstone product.

*Argon tanks have a $35 restocking fee, the tank must be emptied and left open with the protective cap put in place. All hazardous material and compressed gas stickers need to be removed from the packaging as the empty cylinder is not hazardous and doesn't contain compressed gas.

*Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered such as shipping, calibration, or trainings.

Shipping outside the USA?

Sunstone ships welders all over the world every day. Kindly note that Duties and Taxes are not calculated nor collected by Sunstone. In most cases, the assigned carrier will notify you of any additional required fees. Thank you!
